Le Schuss, a chalet at the heart of the action

Description: Chalet overlooking Mont Blanc with large terrace facing southeast and another to the north under shelter. 140 m² in a cul-de-sac in a quiet area. 5 minutes from shops (Grand frais/Marie Blachère and Intermarché) and between 10 and 20 minutes from Saint-Gervais, Megève, Combloux, Contamines and Chamonix. Large kitchen and dining room. Large garden with games; trampoline, swing/slide, Wi-Fi pool, bar. The space Two terraces, one to the south, and the other to the north and covered, each with their own table and chairs and deckchairs. 20 minutes from Chamonix and 1 hour from Annecy. The ground floor consists of a large room with open kitchen and a very friendly bar for wonderful early evenings. Plus a toilet with sink. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms, one with king size bed and water corner. A bathroom, a large space to install 2 PCs if you can't get away from work. The other 4 bedrooms are all double beds. But I can accommodate 8 people max. Two of these rooms are my children's. And another is under the roof slope. A toilet without a sink is also upstairs. A baby bed is available for your use. Guest access You have the entire Chalet except the garage. Other things to note A beautiful lake with leisure center is within 5 minutes. For fresh bread, a Marie Blachère is a 5-minute walk away. And for shopping, Intermarché is a 2-minute drive away. A binder with some reading material awaits you on the various hikes of all levels and visits selected just for you. There is a very independent cat that comes in and out by opening the door, it can stay locked outside or inside without worries but you will have to feed it, thank you. Indoor and outdoor children's toys are available as well as a guitar, piano, electronic dart game. The pool maintenance will have to be done, I'll explain. From 10 p.m. no more noise on the terraces. Possibility to rent my car, 35 per day, let me know well in advance.
