Views from the deck and living room are incredible and panoramic. Amenities include granite countertops, 42" HDTV in the living room, huge hot tub, wet bar, 2 car garage and more. There is a massive deck (2,300 square feet) with a gas grill and plenty of seating! This home also enjoys on-call shuttle service through the ski season. Just down the road, a mere 100-yard walk is access to the beginner's ski slope and hiking and biking trails in the summer. Stop at the front desk for recommendations on restaurants and other vacation activities available in and around Steamboat. The Ski Trail Lodge is located under the gondola, only a 100 yard walk to a beginner's ski slope. Shuttle service at this property is provided complimentary to guests of Pioneer Ridge. It is on-call from 7:30am until 10:00am for transportation to/from the ski area. Between 10:00am and 10:30pm the shuttle is available on-call for transportation throughout Steamboat Springs, grocery stores, downtown and the mountain included. PARKING: 2 Car Garage. DOG FRIENDLY HOME: This property allows up to 2 dogs max. All dogs must be registered at check-in, and a $50 per dog, per day fee (plus tax) is required prior to check-in. Each guest who brings a dog must sign the Guest's Acceptance of Responsibility for the Canine Code of Conduct upon check-in.
