Villa Baloo, the perfect place to create unforgettable memories. The space Our villa consists of 3 large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 toilets, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Our villa also has a large equipped kitchen as well as a dining room that can accommodate 6 people, 2 living rooms with TV and home cinema, a bar room with billiards. Regarding the outdoors, there is a heated swimming pool from June to the end of September, a heated Jacuzzi all year round, a large terrace with deckchairs and outdoor table, a large garden. the property is fully fenced for your pets. Guest access The entire home is available for your use except for the garage and an office room that are locked for our personal belongings. Other things to note We don't allow big parties. We allow a maximum of 6 people, otherwise the reservation will be declined or canceled without being eligible for a refund. The house has a camera located in the parking lot and front door for house security. The swimming pool is heated from May 1st to September 30th. It can be heated outside these dates on request and with extra charge. For all rentals a deposit (€500) will be requested by bank transfer or cash, it is returned to you on the day of your departure. We will also make you sign upon arrival a contract specific to our house and a complete inventory. Not included in the villa price: BBQ + gas consumption €50 per stay Dog allowed €100 extra per stay
