Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting entrance area that leads you to the various rooms. The bedroom is your personal retreat, featuring a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) that guarantees restful nights. A practical storage room provides ample space for your luggage. The living area impresses with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a large sofa that can accommodate up to two additional guests. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and high-quality bathroom fixtures, while a separate toilet offers added convenience. The balcony invites you to enjoy fresh air and spend relaxing hours outdoors. In your apartment, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just bring your personal items, toiletries, and groceries. Naturally, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected at all times. To create a harmonious atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 12 PM to 2 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guest access During your stay, the apartment and all its amenities are exclusively yours – a place to arrive and feel at ease. Balconies or terraces are, depending on the season, part of the experience and offer space to relax outdoors. Depending on weather conditions and outside temperatures, the setup of outdoor areas may vary – in some cases, they may be left unfurnished. Your comfort is our priority – enjoy your stay. Other things to note A flat fee of 30 EUR per stay is charged for a travel cot with bedding and a high chair. Please reserve this equipment in advance! _____ The electric charging station in the parking lot next to the entrance is available to you upon prior arrangement. The fee for charging your vehicle is 0.75 EUR per kilowatt-hour. _____ Our laundry room A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, detergent, dryer, drying rack, iron and storage space is available to you – exclusively by prior reservation and for your private use only. If you’d like to use the facility, we’ll be happy to reserve a 5-hour time slot for you and provide everything you need – including detergent and a drying rack.
