Also available for use are free weights, yoga mats, a foam roller, and tennis rackets. Tennis courts and basketball court are directly across the street at Shipe Park. Avenue G is now a "Healthy Street", which means minimal traffic and plenty of space for walking, biking, etc. Owner is licensed with the City of Austin for short-term rental operation.
