I am always available to clarify any doubts you may have. The space A FEW RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE DESCRIBING THE SPACE: 1. Payment of the TOURIST TAX will be requested separately, a municipal tax that in Belluno is equal to 2.00 euros per person per night of stay (with a maximum of 15 nights, children under 10 years of age are exempt). 2. First floor WITHOUT LIFT: to get to the apartment there will be a flight of stairs to be done on foot (about 15 steps). To get an idea, there are photos at the end of the listing. Otherwise, please let us know if you have any additional information. 3. There IS NO FREE PARKING inside the property. You will still be provided with a PDF with directions and advice on where it is most appropriate to park your car, with different options both paid and free. THE SPACE: I will write you a summary of what you will find in the apartment. If you then continue to read below, each space will be explained in more detail. - 2 Bedrooms - Open-plan fitted kitchen - Living room with sofa and TV - Functional and complete bathroom BED LINENS AND TOWELS Linen is provided free of charge with the booking, as it is included in the cleaning fee paid by the guest. Bed linen includes a mattress cover, fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases, along with a set of towels for each guest. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and the second a French bed (it is NOT a double bed, it is slightly smaller, 120-140 x 200 cm). 👉 Important note: some guests have reported that in the morning there may be a slight noise coming from the multi-storey car park below in one of the two rooms. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Each room will also have a set of towels for each guest (included in the cleaning price) and a wardrobe where you can place your clothes. LIVING AREA The living room offers a well-lit relaxation corner with a 40-inch TV that can rotate 90°, so that it can also be seen from the dining area. It is equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, an induction hob and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Salt, pepper, oil or other condiments are NOT provided, so I recommend bringing them with you or purchasing them on site. BATHROOM In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, and bidet. We also have a washing machine at your disposal, so you can travel without worries and carry only the essentials in your luggage. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which will be completely at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay. Access will be via self check-in. We will send you all the necessary information for PDF by phone. GETTING THERE PLEASE NOTE!: to get to the apartment there will be a flight of stairs to climb (about 15 steps). Other things to note 🚭 SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENT 🚭 Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the apartment. You must go outside to the street to smoke. If there is a smell of smoke inside the accommodation, a penalty of €50 will be applied. ONLINE CHECK-IN 🔑 Check-in before arriving at the property will be done online via the KrossBooking platform. You will be contacted directly via chat or email to fill in a quick form, entering your travel information, your personal information and uploading the documents that will then be forwarded to the police headquarters via the "Alloggiati Web" portal. The documents of both the person making the booking and ALL other guests must be uploaded. This is a mandatory procedure required by the Italian state in order to protect public order and safety, as provided for in Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Consolidated Law on Public Security). In addition, again through the online check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, which is a municipal tax in Italy imposed on tourists for each night spent in an accommodation facility.
