Awesome resort in Topsail! Your family beach vacation awaits in our cool cottage condo! ***Main beach access walkways closed*** Damage was caused during the storms this past year and is under construction. There is a beach access pathway by the putting green at Building 3 The space RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED PER ST REGIS: *St Regis is a no pet community apart from documented service and support animals. *No smoking in common areas or within 50 feet of any building or entrance *Trash chutes are located on every floor. Please dispose of your trash properly. *Storage of items is always prohibited in the corridors and stairwells. This includes but not limited to shoes, chairs, boogie boards, bikes, trash, construction supplies, construction equipment, etc. Any items left in the corridors are subject to fines by the HOA and NTB Fire Marshal. *Vehicles must have a parking permit to park- provided in the condo when you arrive *Do not hang or drape items over balcony rails. *No open flames including charcoal or gas grills are allowed on balconies or within 50 feet of any building. St Regis has grills available for use at Bldg 1 and Bldg 3. *Residential quite hours are 10 pm until 8 am however noise that is deemed disruptive to others is always prohibited. *Children must always be accompanied and chaperoned. *Do not throw items from balconies including cigarette butts. *Stay off dunes! NTB Town ordinance and subject fines. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE BROKEN, WE WILL BE NOTIFIED BY THE BUILDING MANAGER UPON THEIR DAILY ROUNDS INSPECTION ANY FINES SUBMITTED TO US BY THE BUILDING MANAGER WILL BE BILLED TO YOU FOR NOT ADBIDING BY THE ST REGIS RULES PROVIDED Other things to note the bunk beds are prepared with fresh, clean linens, but they are not made up in advance. This is part of our standard setup *PER HOA 4/6/26* Main Pool Repairs: The main pool is currently closed due to needed repairs to address a significant leak. Repairs to the pool began last week, and weather permitting, we anticipate the pool will be open for use by the end of next week at the latest. We apologize for the delay in sharing this information and appreciate your patience as we work to address this issue. We will update everyone as soon as the repairs have been completed and the pool is officially reopened for use. While we may have missed spring break, we’re glad this problem was identified and repairs are being completed ahead of the busy summer season. Please feel free to enjoy the covered pool while the main pool is being repaired. *PER HOA 4/20/26* Dear St. Regis Owners, The covered pool is temporarily closed due to an unexpected mechanical issue with the pool pump, which requires replacement. A new pump has been ordered and will be installed as soon as it has been received. At this time, we are hopeful that the pool can reopen for use sometime early next week. We understand how important this amenity is to everyone and regret any inconvenience that this may cause. We will update everyone as soon as the replacement pump has been installed and the pool has reopened.
