The space The house is an independent unit (terraced house) with 2 entrances. It has 2 apartments that are connected to each other. There are a total of 4 bedrooms with space for 8 people, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. The house can be heated with 2 pellet stoves in the transitional period and on cooler days in summer. A large terrace of 100 square meters invites you to sunbathe and relax. Villa Sant'Andrea is a quiet place at 1300 meters above sea level in a sunny panoramic position, still untouched by mass tourism. Agordo and Primiero di San Martino (Trentino) are both 15 minutes away by car. Civetta, Marmolada, Alleghe and Cortina d'Ampezzo (70 km, 1.5 h), which is a little further away, can be easily reached by car on well-maintained roads. An ideal vacation home for 2 families with older children or friends who want to vacation together without having to give up a certain amount of privacy.
