The space 2 bedrooms with queen beds for an accommodation of 4 people and two full baths with one on the main floor and one upstairs with the bedrooms. Guest access Guests may enjoy full access to the home except for the basement which is for maintenance and housekeeping use only. Other things to note Guests are not charged a cleaning fee, so it is greatly appreciated when guests are respectful and clean up after themselves. There are ONLY 2 House Rules upon check out. Please leave all used dishes in the kitchen sink and put all used towels in the bathtub (doesn't matter which one). There is no need to strip the beds or take out the trash as that is what housekeeping is for. We only ask that you respect the home and not treat it like a hotel and trash the place.
