A lovely and bright garden flat with a wrap around garden and nice terrace with comfortable table and chairs that doubles your living space creating an inside outside living area with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out directly on to the terrace. Entering the open space you are welcomed into the living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living space. A large flat screen tv with dvd and wifi top up the the essential requests for a family. The Master bedroom is large with ample wardrobe space, right next door is the family bathroom with shower and just across the hall, the twin bedroom that offers 2 large single bunk beds. In the living room a sofa bed is available for a larger party. The garden is the highlight of the apartment as large enough to play in for children with lovely views and just up the stairs takes you to the shared swimming pool. The private garden is gated so safe for the children. The pool is shared between 5 apartments in all threfor not busy and enough space for everyone. A garage is also available so no issues for parking your car! The Tremezzina area offers much to see and visit. Mezzegra is in the centre of the Tremezzina Township and is easily connected to Tremezzo going north and Lenno going south. At the end of your street is the Greenway, a pedestrain walk way that connects Cadenabbia to Colonno, an 11 km walk and Vista Monte Grigna is right in the middle, you can decide to go south to Lenno and visit the street market on a Tuesday, go to dinner or just for a stroll. Or going north towards Tremezzo, the Parco Meyer: local swimming hole, Villa Carlotta and of course the Italian cafes along the Tremezzo promenade. Guest access You have full access to the apartment, parking and shared swinning pool. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of a late arrival outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, and you need our assistance, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit. So Please be sure to have your arrival info with you! Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm and your property is ready, we will be more than happy to conduct an earlier check in. Check out is prior to 10am. Please contact us if you require a later check out than 10am and we will do our very best to accommodate you. PASSPORT REGISTRATION We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Tremezzina charges a daily tourist tax of €3 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay.
