It has a living area of 50 m² and is designed for four people. The well thought out two-level apartment has laminate floors and modern furnishings - a perfect place to stay for a romantic vacation. In the kitchen-living room there is a table with space for four. Here you can have dinner and also make plans for the next day. The kitchenette on the wall behind is equipped with all modern appliances such as oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. On the wall next to the door is the modern flat screen TV (Sat.-TV). The somewhat steep wooden staircase leads up from the kitchen-living room to the second living level, to the sleeping area. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and also on the sleeping gallery above the kitchen there is a 160 cm wide double bed. The bathrooms are equipped with shower. The modern amenities for a comfortable stay are complemented by air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. Outside, the internet signal is a little weak. From the kitchen-living room you can also access the terrace, which is furnished with a table and four chairs. Enjoy the great view of the sea and the bay here at breakfast. Private parking is available in the yard. The stone and concrete beach is only 150 meters from the house. And the first sandy beach is two kilometers away. In five kilometers you can reach the old town of Rab. A shopping market and a bakery are at 200 meters away.
