"Heaven on the Lake" is a spectacular 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms vacation lake front house in a four season amenity filled community in the Northern Poconos. The lake house offers panoramic Views of Roamingwood Lake and 150' of lake frontage. It has a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, amazing sunroom, loft, game room, fire pit, kayaks, pedal boat, paddle boards and so much more. The location is ideal! It's a short 1 minute walk to the beach, main lodge, heated pools, tennis courts and Tiki bar. The space This amazing lake front house has it all including smart TV’s with Hulu subscription, 5 Mitsubishi A/C Units (one downstairs in the game/recreation room, 2 on main floor - one in the living room/dining room, one in the bedroom, and 2 upstairs - one in each bedroom), kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, fire pit, full house filtration system, Alexa, karaoke machine, xbox and board games . All this in the lake house with the best location in the Hideout. The layout: The beautiful Haven on the Lake house invites you to an open concept main floor that includes fully stocked kitchen, dining table, a gas fireplace, a huge sofa and a smart tv. The 4 season sunroom with the breathtaking lake views offers additional table for 8, as well as 3 comfortable chaises for you to relax. There is a bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom with a shower on the main floor, with an access from the bedroom as well as the common space. The loft area welcomes you to a reading nook with a futon, 2 additional bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with bunk beds and a jack and Jill bathroom with a tub. Lower level has: 2 more bedrooms, each with kids size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, utility/ laundry room and a recreation/game room with a smart tv, a futon, lots of board games, karaoke machine, xbox and so much more… From the game room you can walk out to a covered deck. The comfortable furnishing welcomes you outside. Additional seating arrangements, outdoor table, a hammock and a fire pit are there for your pleasure and use. The racks with 9 kayaks, 2 paddle boards are a pedal boat are by the dock for our guests to enjoy a wonderful time on the lake. Access: our guest have access to the entire house. Other things to note Please note: ****We are in a gated, private community with its own security and requirements for renting. We realize this may be new to some travelers so we like to be as upfront about this as possible. Upon confirmation of your stay we will request a guest information packet to be completed to supply to the front gate (including names, ages & addresses of guests, car information & additional details.) A form will be sent to the primary renter for completion or we can fill it out on your behalf. Primary renter must be at least 30 yo. The maximum allowed capacity for our lake house is 13 GUESTS ( including babies) & up to 5 cars. All vehicles must meet parked in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed at any time! Each guest requires a renter/guest PASS issued by the community (all supplied by the host) to use the facilities. Use of all community facilities is pursuant to the rules, regulations, guidelines and fees established by The Hideout POA. Speed limit is strictly enforced ******* ***Guests are not permitted to register any type of power watercraft for use on any Hideout Lakes*** ***Minimum nights requirement for Holidays is 3 nights! *** ***This is not the house to rent if you are looking to have a variety of visitors or additional guests come and go throughout your stay.
