Welcome to Casa 1A, a charming ground-floor apartment with 63 m², ideal for couples or small families. The apartment offers a separate bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Gigabit Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and Sonos provide modern comfort. Just 5 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the beach. Casa 1A is located on the ground floor of Quinta da Victória (left unit) and combines historic charm with modern comfort. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, which can be separated into two single beds on request. The open living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for additional guests. A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gigabit internet, Smart TVs and a Sonos system ensure a pleasant stay. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment. Casa 1A is part of a gated property with a total of nine houses, sharing garden, pool and barbecue area. Pets are welcome on request for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Free parking is available along the street or nearby. The limited parking spaces inside the courtyard are reserved for guests with reduced mobility and must be requested in advance. Baby cots are available on request (12 € per week, limited availability). Pets are only allowed with prior approval (11 € per night). Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM – Flexible times available upon request Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors Pets – Pets allowed upon prior request – €11 per night – Max. 2 dogs per unit – Must be leashed on the property and not allowed on sofas or beds Quiet Hours – From 10 PM to 8 AM – Music and TV allowed – please keep windows and doors closed at high volume Visitors – Visitors are welcome but may not stay overnight – Please keep visits reasonable Waste Separation – Waste must be separated (paper, plastic, glass, residual) – Containers are in the room to the left of the entrance gate – Access code is the same as for your house Air Conditioning and Energy – Keep windows/doors closed when AC is on – Turn off AC when leaving the house – The property runs on 100% green electricity Fireplace / Wood Stove – May be used where available – only with approved firewood – 10 kg sacks available for €6 upon request Towels – White bathroom towels must not be used at the pool or beach – Special beach towels available:   • €5/week per towel (rental)   • €15 per towel (purchase) Laundry and Cleaning – Final cleaning included – Weekly cleaning for longer stays – Extra cleaning upon request (for a fee) – Vacuum cleaner in each house – Washing machine available in the laundry room – Laundry may be hung inside the house, on your terrace, or in the laundry area – No dryer available Outdoor Areas – Pool, garden, BBQ area, and lounge with foosball are freely available – BBQ must be reserved via QR code onsite – BBQ tools provided – charcoal must be purchased separately (available in the shop) Bedding and Sofa Beds – Some houses have sofa beds (available for an extra charge) – Extra bed linens or towels upon request Drying Laundry – Only on your own terrace, in your house, or in the laundry room – Not allowed in common areas – Towels/clothes may be removed if left in shared areas Damages – Please report any damage or loss on-site – Guests are responsible for major damage – We reserve the right to charge for damage or heavily soiled linens or towels Safety – Each house has a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first-aid kit – Emergency number in Portugal: 112 – If any equipment is used, please inform us so we can restock
