You have your own couch, TV, closet, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Did we mention your own entrance!!?!? 10-15 minutes to Manhattan NYC. In a quiet area, close to great bars, cafes, trendy restaurants and shopping. NOTE we are not effected by the recent regulations in NYC law regarding airbnb hosting. The space We love our beautiful duplex (2 story) apartment in Williamsburg and look forward to inviting you into our home for a truly enjoyable experience. You will have the entire bottom floor (almost 25x25) with a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. It will feel like you have your own studio apartment, which includes a comfy full size bed (option to put up an additional airbed), a huge wardrobe with iron and board, a desk/dinning room table and your own outdoor space with two chairs and a table so you can relax and enjoy coffee from Tar Pit, a delicious local cafe. You will have your own full bathroom with lots of space for your belongings and a washer/dryer so you can keep your clothes clean from your travels. Your floor also have your own living space with two couches and a big flat screen where you can watch a movie or TV (NOTE CURRENTLY THE TV WORKS BUT HAS LINES RUNNING THROUGH IT), browse the internet, listen to music or play music on the keyboard or guitar (located in the laundry room). You'll also have access to basic Cable and Wifi throughout the apartment, including the back patio. You have a separate mini fridge and microwave to warm up leftovers from all the great restaurants in the area. There's a mini Keurig coffee maker with mugs and cream/sugar for your use. The apartment itself has air conditioning and heating throughout (you can control your own climate separate from our upstairs space) which you can set to the humidifier or just a fan to keep comfortable. Our place is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, security alarm and cameras on the outside of the building (not that you need it, the neighborhood is very safe). Guest access You'll have everything you need in your huge room downstairs while we live upstairs. With your own private entrance and all the amenities mentioned so you won't need to ever come upstairs to see us, unless you want to. During your stay We're working professionals in our mid-thirties and are available to help you get situated and answer any questions you might have. We'll have a list of recommendations on dining, car service, entertainment in the house manual that you will receive upon booking. You're more than welcome to reach out if you need anything. We live up stairs and have our own living space separate from yours so we can interact as much or as little as you prefer. Other things to note We're a 7 min walk to the L train which is 3 stops into manhattan, New York (less than 10 minutes). We're in a safe area within beautiful williamsburg, just minutes away from parks, dining, cafes, bars, and night life. 3 minute walk to Brooklyn steel music hall. Our apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful modern building.
