The rental is for the entire home. On the ground floor is the bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bath and laundry area with a full sized washer and a full sized dryer- new since Hurricane Milton in October 2024. There is also 2 bicycles stored there for your use. There is a door that leads to the back deck/dock which is several feet from the canal. There is a table with an umbrella (located in the shed) and chairs for dining alfresco or enjoying morning coffee. There are also beach chairs and a cooler stored in the shed. The stairs to the 2nd floor are located outside. There is a roofed porch with outdoor furniture and a wonderful view of open water.
