The home is spacious, comfortable and resort-like with its private hot tub, outdoor furniture and sauna. It has heated floors, a gas fireplace, and A/C. It has a shared dock w/ 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. The space PET POLICY: Pets are allowed with our pre-approval only. Pet fee is applied. This 2400 sqft. home is built directly on the beach and displays stunning views of Hood Canal and the Olympics through floor to ceiling glass. The home is spacious, comfortable and resort-like with its many amenities such as a private hot tub, private infrared sauna, gas fireplace, outdoor gas firepit, and comfortable furniture. The home is spacious with 16' vaulted ceilings and big rooms. The master bedroom has two Tuft & Needle Cali King beds and a large walk-in shower with bench. The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an additional automatic queen size inflatable mattress that can be placed in the foyer. There is a Pack N' Play crib for babies and toddlers. A large, fully stocked kitchen with high quality appliances and cookware allow for superb culinary experiences and socializing. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools and the kitchen table seats 6. The 1000 sqft. deck is outfitted with a private hot tub, outdoor sofa, 8 person table, 6 sun chairs, a gas bbq and gas fire pit. The dock is shared between the two rental properties and has 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards that are also shared. Life vests for infants, children and adults are available. This home will keep you comfortable year round with its heated floors, gas fireplace and its central heat pump with A/C. It also has entertainment such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, cable tv and an entertainment sound system. Well behaved animals are allowed with approval by the owner. Any daytime guest needs our pre-approval and includes a small fee. - When you be book your automatically agree to all of our house rules. - Clam digging is NOT permitted. Oyster harvesting is permitted up to a dozen per guest per night. - If you leave more than half a trash bin of trash or recycle, an additional fee will be charged. We have a fully stocked kitchen and provide salt, pepper, olive oil, and various seasonings; coffee, creamer and sugar; plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baking sheets; a large selection of utensils, Heclad non-stick and stainless steel pots and pans; blender, toaster, cutting boards, sharp knives, drink fridge, ice machine, induction range with double ovens, and full sized appliances including freezer.
