Private farmhouse in nature with spa & conservatory

Rämjäng Torp is located in the beautiful Värmland nature, and gives you a chance to relax in an accommodation among fields, farms and forests. The cabin is in an old farmyard with the main house dating from around 1856. Today the cottage consists of a total of 8 buildings, of which 2 are complete living units. There is a lot to do in Koppom (Eda Municipality), and its proximity! If you love nature, animals, swimming, boating, walking, cycling, exercise, and even golf, you'll love the area as much as we do. The space Welcome to our beautiful accommodation Here you live privately and undisturbed, with plenty of room for both community and your own time. The property consists of the main house, the small cottage, 📍and the possibility to add a safari tent if needed. The main house can accommodate up to 9 people and has three bedrooms. On the ground floor is the first bedroom, also called the Chamber, with a double bed of 160 cm. The room has its own entrance via the kitchen. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and the others with a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. When there are more than 9 people, the Lillstugan is included. Lillstugan is perfect if you want to spread out a little more. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a loft with two single mattresses (90 cm) and a living room with a sofa bed (160 cm). 📍For those of you who are more than 15 people, or who simply want even more space, there is the possibility to rent our safari tent. The safari tent accommodates up to five people and is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a double bed (140 cm) and part of a bunk bed (90 cm). 📍The safari tent is an option that must be pre-booked, and costs SEK 1,000 per night. The small cottage does not have its own toilet or shower, but is very close to the main house. Through the groovy entrance, there is short and easy access to both toilet and shower in the main house for guests staying in the cottage. In addition to this, there is also a camping toilet and shower in our outdoor bathroom, which is located on the property next to the outdoor and spa area. There is a simple camping toilet and shower, which provides additional capacity during your stay. In the main house there is: • 1 toilet • 1 bathroom with shower For many years, we have had larger groups, even over 15 people, staying with us, and the toilet solution has worked well for both families and groups. With access to both the main house and the cold bath house, most people find that it works smoothly throughout the stay. Fall stays, September 1 to October 31 During the fall season, we offer shorter stays with a minimum booking of two nights. When booking 2–4 nights, the following are included: * Main house (up to 9 guests) * Final cleaning Optional To customize your stay according to your preferences, the following can be booked as options: * Wellness package – SEK 2,500 per stay Includes the bathhouse with spa bath, sauna and pool for the duration of your stay. * Lilla Stugan – SEK 700 per night Options are booked at the time of booking (please let us know) When booking 5 nights or more, the following are included: * The main house * The little cottage * Wellness Package * Final cleaning We hope this gives you the opportunity to choose the stay that suits you best, whether you're planning a relaxing weekend or a longer fall vacation. Guest access During your stay, you have access to the entire courtyard and all outdoor areas on the entire property. 🌾There is a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with gas hob, pizza oven 🌾as well as an open fireplace where you can cook or just sit around the fire and enjoy the evening. 🌾The garden is large and invites both play, rest and long dinners outdoors. 🌾You'll even have access to our cold bathhouse, where there's a hot tub, sauna, pool, shower and incineration toilet, a perfect place to relax. 🌾Don't miss our orangery, which often becomes a natural gathering place for late dinners, conversations and quiet moments together. Guests receive two bags of firewood, including for the sauna or fireplace. After that, guests can buy it themselves at "Bygga Jernska" or, if we have it, you can pay SEK 150 via Swish or Vipps for birch firewood. Other things to note ❗ Important information about bed linens We provide duvets and pillows for all beds. Bed linens and towels are not included, but you choose whether you want to bring your own or rent from us. 🧺 Bedding options: • Rent sheets: SEK 50 per bed (sheets for the bed) • Towel rental SEK 100 • Rent a complete linen package: SEK 200/person Includes: • sheets • duvet covers • pillowcase Please let us know well in advance of arrival which option you would like, so we can prepare everything for your stay.
