Every space in this home has been furnished in a modern and functional style, ensuring a bright and inviting atmosphere in every room. Living Room The spacious living room of this vacation home has been recently renovated and offers a cozy and modern setting for guests. The sofa can easily be converted into a comfortable extra bed if needed. A 43" smart TV allows guests to access Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming services for unlimited entertainment. The living area also offers direct access to the spacious balcony, which is also connected to the master bedroom. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all guests’ culinary needs. A table for four allows you to enjoy meals comfortably at home. Appliances include an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher to maximize comfort during your stay. Bathroom: The bathroom has been recently renovated with a state-of-the-art shower featuring a hydromassage column for a uniquely relaxing experience. An LED mirror adds a touch of modernity, while the high-quality fixtures ensure maximum hygiene for guests. Bedrooms: The two separate bedrooms offer privacy and comfort at night. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with a memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. A spacious walk-in closet and a convenient luggage rack complete the furnishings. The second bedroom features two single beds, also with a walk-in closet and luggage rack, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Our structure is a holiday home managed in an entrepreneurial form, therefore it is necessary for tax purposes to provide the data for the issuance of a receipt or invoice in case the applicant is a VAT number. The final price includes VAT. Additional sheets for more than 4 people cost 15 euros, which must be paid as a supplement. If there are fewer than 5 of you and you wish to sleep separately and therefore request an extra bed, you will have to pay the 15-euro fee as a supplement. We can provide on advanced request with at least two days notice the following services: - linen change (at the cost of 15€ - cleaning during the stay (19€ - ta servizio - covered garage 15 a per night or private parking with video surveillance at 11 a - dog sitter - Bab s - Each guest has at his disposal during the stay a set of towels including face towel, guest and shower towel. - On request it is possible to admit small/medium/large animals at an additional cost of 10 animali - It is forbidden to stay in the apartment in a number of people higher than the one allowed and communicated before check-in, this involves the resolution of the reservation and the simultaneous removal with loss of the amount paid. - The return of the apartment after the predetermined time of over 10 minutes, if not previously agreed with the Management, will provide for the payment of Euro 50,00 for the "late check-out" corresponding to the cost of the lost cleaning.
