New modern open space, awesome natural light, super cozy with a luxurious king size bed. Sweet patio to enjoy a beverage of choice and watch the sunset on our beautiful Mt Burdell Close to shops, miles of trails for hiking and biking. About 30 mins to San Francisco, the wine country and beaches. Close to train and buss with access to the S.F. Ferry. You see no neighbors, and no neighbors see you. Coffee table lifts to convert to a higher table to eat or to work on a laptop etc. There is full internet/WiFi service with a cable T.V. Shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer are supplied. All linens are supplied. Coffee, tea, milk, salt, pepper, olive oil and a light breakfast are supplied and everything you would need in a kitchen is there. Guest have access to the side (entrance) and back yard. We are very available, (as we live on the premises) to answer any questions, and to give suggestions on what there is to do in the area. In the event that we are not here there is a secure lock box with keys in it. We are available by cell phones and email. We try to give our guests privacy and space, but we are very happy to socialize also if a guest would like that. We have a great family neighborhood, there's a park within walking distance, Pete's coffee and Starbucks are within walking distance as are basic shops. There are many restaurants also,Stafford Lake is a few miles away on the way to a french cheese shop out in the country with picnicking on the grounds. San Francisco, the wine country and the beaches (with surf-able waves)are all around 30 min's drive. We have miles of hiking and biking trails some walk able from the house. Marin county is the home of mountain biking so you better believe we have some amazing trails. And we are 15 min's to the beautiful historic town of Petaluma. Santa Rosa, Sonoma, & Napa area's are all within 30 to 45 min's by car. The buss's to SF are about a 5 minute walk. The train is about a 20 min walk and this takes you to the ferry to whisk you away across the bay to SF, going right by Alcatraz, with views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The train will also take you to Petaluma and Santa Rosa. No pets, so sorry. We love em to but we do not have the space and we also have a kitty who doesn't like to share.
