The detached holiday home is located in the first row to the spa promenade, between the idyllic North Sea spa Carolinensiel and the North Sea beach of Harlesiel. The captain's house on the Friedrichsschleuse is the perfect vacation home for guests looking for something special. The living area is equipped with real wood parquet and features a cozy couch corner with flat screen TV, white country house furniture, a dining area for 4 people, and a freestanding fireplace. On the well insulated upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a separate toilet. The master bedroom with real wood parquet and views of the Harle has a comfortable double bed, a baby bed and plenty of storage space in the custom-made wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and a TV. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor you will find state-of-the-art wellness baths with high-quality equipment and natural light: ground floor rain showers, towel and underfloor heating, as well as an infrared sauna for soothing warmth after a day by the sea. The kitchen in the captain's house is fully equipped and, in addition to dishes, cutlery and numerous appliances such as toaster, egg cooker, coffee machines (filter & capsule), microwave, as well as a basic supply of coffee, tea and spices ready for you. A complete new kitchen will be installed in the fall of 2022. From the kitchen you can step out onto the spacious patio of the captain's house. Whether you have breakfast here, enjoy a sunbath on the lounger, or watch the sunset from the beach chair with a glass of wine. Here you will find a place to just unwind. In addition, there is another beach chair in front of the house. Pure relaxation with direct views to the historic Zugbrücke and shipping traffic on the Harle. The captain's house is located between Carolinensiel and Harlesiel on the Friedrichsschleuse, in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea. Baker and two seafood restaurants very close in season. You can walk to the swimming pool and spa "Cliner Quelle" in 5 minutes. Other diverse shops can be found in Carolinensiel, about a 10-minute walk.
