The McKenzie House is a charming historic home in Springville, Utah, affectionately known as "Art City." Built in 1893 and restored in 2018, she hits that coveted sweet spot of a small-town-feel, while still being close to everything. Less than two miles from I-15, the home is only a few blocks from many great restaurants + shops. Drive time to downtown Provo is under 10 mins, and less than 1 hour to Salt Lake City. This boutique rental includes a private bed/bath for 2 guests. See you soon! The space Guests will park on the street in front of the home and enter through a private entrance that goes directly into the rental space on the south side of the property (when facing the house from the street this will be on the right side). There is ample parking available, so don't fret. Check-in and check-out will be done through a unique lock code that will be sent to you the evening before your stay. The private bathroom is an en-suite to the bedroom, so this is really a very cozy, private retreat! Guest access Guest bedroom and en-suite bathroom. During your stay The homeowner will be available via the app prior to your stay, or via the app or text messaging during your stay.
