A special, private one bedroom retreat close to studios, 30 minutes to downtown LA, Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood, Sunset Strip and Bev Hills! Disneyland, Knotts and Magic Mtn an hour away or less! Museums & iconic music and sports venues like Dodger Stadium and Hollywood Bowl 20-40 minutes away. Great hiking trails also close by. When you're done...come back and relax by the pool! The space Welcome to our little oasis. The property sits on a sprawling piece of land. Your private unit has its own entrance up a wide set of stairs accessed off of a large patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Inside, several large windows offer plenty of natural light with treehouse type views. Two WiFi enabled TV's, (one in the bedroom, one in the living space) with fire stick and Roku for you to log in to your streaming services. There’s also a work space, recessed lighting and recently redone bathroom. The new kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and tea kettle (+ coffee/tea/kitchen basics). The bedroom is semi soundproofed with room darkening drapery for a restful night's sleep. Guests have told us that the queen bed is one of the most comfortable they've ever slept in! Parking is available in at the end of the circular driveway opposite the garage. Please do not block the garage as that is where we park.
