A special, private one bedroom retreat close to studios, 30 minutes to downtown LA, Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood, Sunset Strip and Bev Hills! Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Magic Mtn an hour away or less! Museums & iconic music and sports venues like Dodger Stadium and Hollywood Bowl 20-40 minutes away. Great hiking trails also close by. When you're done...come back and relax by the pool! The space The property sits on a sprawling piece of land. The private unit has its own entrance up a wide set of stairs. Inside, several windows offer plenty of treehouse type views. Comfortable interior with one TV in a quiet semi-sound proofed bedroom and an additional TV in the living room area. WiFi enabled with fire stick to access YouTube TV and streaming services like Netflix, Hulu etc . There’s also a work space, recessed lighting and redone bathroom. The new kitchen comes with a dishwasher, disposal, two burner cooktop and good size refrigerator/freezer.
