Beautiful newly renovated apartment with great care and elegance (marble floor in all rooms) located on the ground floor with independent entrance and delicious garden. The building in an elegant area is surrounded by greenery and silence, a short distance from the Vatican and the historic center. A few steps from metro A with which you can get to the Vatican Museums, Piazza di Spagna, Termini Station, etc. Bus stops 46-49 two minutes away. The space The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed elegantly furnished and equipped with a TV, with the possibility of adding a single bed. In the living room (with air conditioning) overlooking the garden you will find two single beds, a smart TV and a dining table for 5 people. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, induction hot plate, microwave, toaster, juicer, and kettle. I also thought about your safety with a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, window grates, and an armored door. In the garden you will also find a washing machine at your complete complete disposal. In the apartment, equipped with WI-FI and ethernet connection, there are also the exercise bikes, a Playstation and you will find maps of the city and useful information for your stay in Rome. Other things to note - The current regulations require guests to provide a valid government ID upon check-in. - Guests of hotels, vacation rentals, b&b, etc., are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day. - For arrival after 10:00 pm there is an extra fee of 20 Euro.
