The Estate: Your reservation includes exclusive use of both homes on nearly 9 peaceful acres, providing plenty of space to gather together while still allowing everyone room to relax. Historic House The original 1749 home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features: * Three inviting bedrooms * Two and a half updated bathrooms * Fully equipped kitchen * Spacious living and dining rooms * Historic architectural details including original beams and wide-plank floors * Modern amenities, central heating and air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi The Cottage: Originally serving as the property's summer kitchen, the Cottage has been transformed into a cozy guest retreat while maintaining its historic charm. The Cottage includes: * One bedroom with a queen bed * One full bathroom * Comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa * Kitchenette * Covered front porch with porch swing * Private fire pit Together, the estate comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it ideal for extended families, multiple couples, or friends traveling together. Guest access Guests will enjoy the use of the Main House and Cottage. The entire House and Cottage are yours to access. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Gathering Room / Kitchen. Washer and Dryer are located off of the Half Bath. The Great Room (Vestry Meeting Room) offers TV/Surround Sound. The Cottage is located behind the Main House and is connected by a walkway and common patio with Fire Pit. Ample parking for all guests provided by 2 loop around driveways. Other things to note We have not set up a security deposit and trust that you will notify us of damages (to the property and/or furniture, etc.).
