Secure parking for 2 cars and 2 vans. Wi-Fi provided. Self-check-in with key safe for flexible arrival. Other things to note There is a separate, self-contained Annex. It is rented out independently and has its own private entrance. Guests staying there cannot access your part of the house or shared spaces. Your accommodation is completely private. However, we do ask the guests to maintain the quiet hours for the comfort of yourselves as well as those staying in the Annex. The property is part of a neighbourhood, so we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Any additional guests must be disclosed and approved in advance. This is a large property and needs full 4 hours of cleaning between 11am and 3pm to bring it to standard for the next guests. Hence, we cannot really offer late checkout or early check in.
