The space This characterful 1920s home has been thoughtfully renovated wile retaining original features, including its distinctive curved Crittall windows and feature fireplaces. Four double bedrooms for a maximum of 6 guests. The has also has 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open and spacious living and dicing area, together with a large private garden. Please note that parties and gatherings are not permitted. Professional or commercial photography, filming, contact production or other comercial use of the property is not subject to prior written agreement and subject to separate terms and fees. Guest access guest have convenient self check in using a secure key box located at the property. Check in is from 4 pm. Earlier access is not permitted unless agreed with the host in writing in advance. And early check in fee may apply. Check out is promptly by 10 am. Later check out must be agreed with te host in writing in advance and al late check out fee may apply. The key box code will be provided within 24 hours before check in. For security and property management purposes, the exterior RING door bells record access to the property. Please observe the agreed check in and check out times. Any visitors or other unregistered guest must be approved by the host in writing in advance, even if they are not staying overnight. No parties or gatherings are permitted. Commerical photography, filming or other commercial use of the property is permitted only with the hosts prior written agreement and subject o a separate fee. Dogs are welcome only with prior approval from the host. Please tell us abut any dogs before booking. Dogs might not be allowed upstairs or on beds or other soft furnishings as some of our other guests are allergic. All dog waste must be collected from the garden and other outside areas before departure. Additional cleaning costs may be charged where extra cleaning is required. Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden. Vaping is aceptable. Smoking is permitted outside only. all cigarette butts must be properly extinguished and removed from the garden, driveway and other outside areas before departure. Additional cleaning costs may be charged if smoking takes place indoors or cigarette and cigars waste is left on the property. Waste and replying. Guests must separate household waste and recycling and place it in the appropriate bins provided. Please do not mix recyclable materials with general waste, as incorrectly sorted bins may not be collected by the council. Any additional costs reasonably incurred because rubbish or recycling hs been incorrectly sorted, left behind or requires separate removal may be chard to the guest. Children are welcome but guest should be aware that the property has stair, fireplaces, a gas cooker and small garden pond. there are no child specific safety features, so young children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult. Before departure, please turn off the lights, taps and appliances, close windows, return moved furniture to its original position. bring outdoor cushions inside, remove all dog waste and cigarette butts from outside areas, dispose of rubbish and recycling correctly, lock the property and return the keys to the key box and scramble the code.
