Seadowns - Large house with amazing sea views

Welcome to Seadowns, our five-bedroom holiday home in the Roedean area of Brighton. The house is only 10 minutes drive from the town centre, but this is far enough away to be in a quiet area with free parking. The beach is 5 minutes walk, and there are great footpaths over the hills towards Ovingdean and Rottingdean. It is a comfortable, easy base for exploring Brighton and the surrounding countryside and worth visiting any time of year. The space Seadowns is a spacious five-bedroom house, ideal for family groups, with large front and rear gardens, a veranda, and an upstairs balcony with panoramic sea views across to Brighton Marina. It has a relaxed, home from home feel. Downstairs features a large kitchen and dining area and two separate living rooms, giving plenty of space. Upstairs there are five bedrooms; two doubles, one small double, one single/twin room, and a bunk room. There is a downstairs WC, plus two bathrooms upstairs — one with a shower and one with a bath and shower. The house has been in our family for nearly 100 years and has been extensively renovated over the past five years, bringing it up to date while keeping its original character. It is two terraced houses combined into one. Seadowns is in a quiet residential area, and we ask guests to be considerate of noise levels, especially between 11pm and 7am which are considered quiet hours. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and the front and rear gardens. (there are sheds at the back of the rear garden which are in need of renovation and not currently for guest use). There is dedicated parking on the grass verge opposite the front garden which will take up to three cars. Other things to note Due to the steps in the front garden and the stairs indoors, this property is not suitable for wheelchair users. One or two dogs by prior agreement - your dog(s) need to be: Quiet and well behaved Not allowed on beds or furniture Not left alone in the house All poop to be removed from the gardens £25 per stay to allow for any additional cleaning
