The space "Escape" to this inviting 3 bed, 3 bath cabin on 1 acre of wooded property. Only three blocks from beautiful Walloon Lake and the public boat launch. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this peaceful hideaway comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 12 guests with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 2 queen sofa beds spread across two cozy living rooms. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including portable air conditioning, WiFi, a game room featuring a full-size arcade machine, board games, a 3 in 1 mini foosball, air hockey and pool table. Dip in the relaxing hot tub, and cook s'mores over the outdoor fire pit—perfect for making memories under the stars. Located just 15 minutes south of Petoskey and 10 minutes north of Boyne Mountain Ski Resort, you’ll be close to year-round activities like skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, and more. Families will love being within walking distance of a public beach, playground, restaurants, and local shops. Avalanche Bay Indoor Water Park and scenic trails are just a short drive away. Whether you’re planning a summer lake trip or a cozy winter escape, this Walloon Lake cabin has everything you need for a memorable stay! Guest access We have a paved driveway with a garage and free parking along the driveway. Guests will have access to the entire cabin and all amenities on property. *Important Note: The cabin sleeps 8 guests comfortably, but can accommodate up to 12 guests with the use of our 2 queen sleeper sofas. Other things to note *We are a pet-friendly property! Our pet fee is $150 (max 2 total pets; dogs only). Guests agree to pick up after their pets inside and out, bring crates for them to sleep in as well as bring all food, bowls, litter boxes and pet waste bags. *PLEASE NOTE: Access to the front entrance of the property requires using stairs, and once inside, there are additional stairs leading to both the main floor and the lower level. Alternatively, there is an entrance through the garage that allows access to the lower level without stairs, but please be aware that accessing the main level with the kitchen will still require using stairs. *Closest airports to fly into are Traverse City, MI (TVC; Cherry Capital Airport; 1 hr & 11 min from the cottage) & Pellston Regional Airport in Pellston, MI (36 mins from the cottage)*
