El Refugio de Nuria - Villa with Private Pool

Come and relax with your family! Excellent private villa for spending time with the family, on a 700 m2 plot, on one floor, with three bedrooms and two toilets. Landscaped area with a 6-meter (20-foot) tubular pool, sun loungers, barbecue, trampoline, and a soccer goal for children. Located just 15 minutes from the beach or downtown Alicante, as well as 35 minutes from Benidorm. For exact distances, search for "El Refugio de Nuria" on Google Maps in Alicante. The space The house has a large fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a cozy porch where you can enjoy the outdoors. In the living room, a large corner sofa awaits you to relax watching TV, next to a dining table ideal for sharing meals in a group. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is intended for a dressing room. We have two master bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. If you need it, we can also provide you with a crib without any problem. IMPORTANT: The third room functions as a large dressing room, although it can be adapted for sleeping, as there is enough space to place a 150 cm mattress on the floor, upon request. However, it is possible to put one of the existing 90 cm beds in this room, or an additional 150 cm mattress on the floor. The house has two bathrooms: one with a shower and laundry area, and another with a large hot tub (note that it is not a jacuzzi and does not keep the water hot by itself). Outside, you can enjoy a landscaped area with lounge chairs, a 6-meter (20-foot) tubular pool (available from May to October), a convenient barbecue area, a soccer goal, and a trampoline for the little ones to have fun. You also have private parking space within the plot. Everything is ready for you to have a comfortable, fun and memorable stay. We hope you enjoy it! Guest access You can use the entire area of the house and the outside, as it is a house without shared use, so it will only be available for you. Other things to note Housing Rules: - NO PARTIES OR SINGLES/AS PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. - ACCESS TO THE HOME IS NOT ALLOWED FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED BY THE HOSTS (if needed, ask the hosts in advance). - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE OR IN THE POOL AREA. - NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. IT IS POSSIBLE IN OUTDOOR AREAS. - RENTAL IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR GUESTS UNDER 24. - A DEPOSIT OF €600 MAY BE REQUESTED (in the case of large groups, where the possibility of parties is detected, when there are large animals, or when access to the house is allowed for people who do not stay overnight). - By local law, all guests must register with a valid government ID prior to check-in. - No loud noise after midnight. Our neighbors' rest is essential, so they should not be disturbed at all. - Arrivals after 8:00 pm may have a surcharge.
