Guests are welcome to wander the property with permission, as we have very friendly horses, goats, cows, and pigs who adore attention and treats. Other things to note Our peaceful 32-acre ranch features friendly farm animals and beautiful open land—perfect for exploring with permission. Bird hunting is available with prior permission; please contact us for details. We offer winter snowshoeing and a private massage room with its own entrance. The hot tub is always ready for you. We are also proud to host weddings, family reunions, small gatherings, and special celebrations on the property. Reach out for event information and availability. Massage Services Available: I am a licensed massage therapist, and there is a massage studio attached to the Airbnb with its own private entrance. Massages are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. On occasion, I may use the massage studio during daytime hours if guests are out working or exploring. Guest comfort and privacy are always a priority, and the studio is completely separate from the living space. Guest Count & Pricing: Base pricing includes up to 2 guests. After 2 guests, there is a $25 per guest, per night charge. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of overnight guests.
