During the summer, take a short walk to the Touchet River for tubing, floating, fishing, or simply cooling off. Wild blackberry picking is just down the road, making it a favorite seasonal activity. Looking to truly unwind? Guests can request a professional massage with Stephanie, a licensed massage therapist, right here on the property. Appointments are based on availability and are booked separately from your stay. In the winter, Bluewood Ski Resort is just 43 scenic miles away, and we provide complimentary snowshoes so you can explore the ranch after a fresh snowfall. Planning a special gathering? Our property is perfect for small weddings, family reunions, company retreats, birthday celebrations, and other private events. With a huge yard and plenty of parking, there’s room for everyone. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire ranch house, hot tub, stock tank pool, yard, and outdoor gathering areas. Self check-in makes arrival easy, and detailed check-in instructions with your personal door code will be sent before your stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property and meet our friendly ranch animals—including horses, cows, goats, and pigs—from a safe distance. Please don’t enter fenced pastures or feed the animals unless invited. With plenty of parking and wide-open space, you’ll have everything you need to relax and enjoy your country getaway. Other things to note Our peaceful 32-acre ranch features friendly farm animals and beautiful open land—perfect for exploring with permission. Bird hunting is available with prior permission; please contact us for details. We offer winter snowshoeing and a private massage room with its own entrance. The hot tub is always ready for you. We are also proud to host weddings, family reunions, small gatherings, and special celebrations on the property. Reach out for event information and availability. Massage Services Available: I am a licensed massage therapist, and there is a massage studio attached to the Airbnb with its own private entrance. Massages are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. On occasion, I may use the massage studio during daytime hours if guests are out working or exploring. Guest comfort and privacy are always a priority, and the studio is completely separate from the living space. Guest Count & Pricing: Base pricing includes up to 2 overnight guests. After 2 guests, there is a $25 per guest, per night charge. Guest count changes must be made before the reservation begins. No refunds are given for guests who choose not to stay after the reservation has started. Hot Tub: The hot tub is provided as an added amenity. We do our best to keep it clean, maintained, and available, but outdoor temperatures, weather, and guest usage may affect heating time and water temperature. The nightly rate is for the home and property, and hot tub availability or temperature does not change the nightly rate.
