This house is perched on a hill and features an amazing unobstructed view of the inner harbour and mountains. Enjoy the view from the outdoor table on the private deck or while sitting on the sofa. There is a field right across the street where you can play bocce or frisbee (both included). There is a well-stocked grocery store (Mavericks) with adjacent cold beer/wine/liquor one minute away (by car). The space is exceptionally clean and very stylish - local photography and recently renovated. The space There are 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 double) and a brand new high-end bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower. The dining room table seats 6 though more chairs are available upon request. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools in the large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen. The living room consists of 2 separate 3-4 piece sectionals to enable you to enjoy the view and to watch TV. You are able to connect all pieces together to form a cinema-like experience should you care to watch a movie together as a family. There is also a separate seating area for one - perfect for reading or solitude time. There is a large private deck at the back of the house with a spectacular, unobstructed view. It contains an outdoor table with 6 seats and a private BBQ. There is a private, small, covered porch at the front of the house with 2 seats and small table as well as a large field across the street. Guest access Guests have access to the entire top/main floor of the house. The host resides in the legal, ground-floor suite, which has a separate entrance, separate deck, and separate living space. There are no doors that connect the top floor to the ground level suite. The spaces are completely separate and private. Guests have access to the carport as well as free and ample street parking. Guests have access to unlimited and high-speed WiFi and one 50" Smart TV with a basic and sports cable package (SportsNet/TSN) as well as subscriptions to Netflix, Paramount+, Prime, and Disney+. Guests have access to their own BBQ and propane tank. Guests have access to a deep freeze in the carport (as well as fridge freezer). There is complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, purified water, cooking oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt/pepper, seasoning salt, Montreal steak spice, granulated garlic, ice, and various condiments mini packages (soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, and mayo).
