Stone Villa is located in an exclusive residential area in southern Tenerife known as "CHAYOFA" composed mostly of independent villas, some residential buildings and lots of vegetation. A green and tranquil oasis just 5 minutes from the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Américas and their golden beaches. Finished externally with white edge rock and black volcanic rock, it is furnished with a fresh and modern style. A unique and exclusive villa for lovers of relaxation! The space Built on one floor and with south-east exposure, it receives the sun almost all day long! The plot measures 450 m2 while the interior area is 120 m2. The outdoor terraces and gardens are about 300 m2. It has a beautiful private pool that can be heated at an additional cost of 10 Euros per night. Villa Stone, which has been completely renovated in December 2024 with high-quality materials and finished internally with a beautiful modern style, has solar panels, a solar thermal system for hot water and air conditioning in all its interior environments. It is composed of 3 double bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms (one per bedroom), 1 toilet, a large modern kitchen and a large living room where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the coast of the island. The master bedroom has a nice view of the ocean and the coast. It measures 16 m2 and in this room the bed is 180 cm wide by 200 cm long, while the other rooms have a bed 160 cm wide by 190 cm long. In all the rooms there is a closet with a dresser. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, ventilated electric oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the living room there is 1 high-end sofa bed (with a 180 x 200 cm mattress), a dining table and a 55-inch smart TV. The villa has its own garage. Guest access Just 100 meters from the villa is a wonderful 20-meter-long heated community pool. Sun loungers, bathrooms and showers are available to guests. The pool overlooks the ocean and the coast. The changing rooms and community bathrooms are always in perfect condition for use. Right on the sidewalk in front of the villa there is a pharmacy while the famous Parque de las Águilas del Teide is less than 700 meters away. A supermarket and several restaurants are within walking distance of the property. Other things to note Please note that this is a residential area, so no disturbing noise is allowed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack that includes coffee, sugar, milk, water, beers and fruit. A change of sheets will be offered for all stays longer than 9 nights. Prices posted are for a group of up to max. 5 guests. From the sixth guest an extra fee of 25 euros per night and guest will be applied. Rates for children up to 2 years of age do not apply. Reservations from groups of young people under the age of 28 years old are not accepted.
