Bathroom includes linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hairdryer and toilet paper. Living room includes wood-burning stove, Smart TV with streaming capabilities (guests to use their own log-in credentials) and various board/card games for entertainment. Fully stocked kitchen with Cuisinart drip coffee maker. Stocked with cooking oil and salt + pepper. Please note that there is no ice maker. SECOND FLOOR Master bedroom with king-size bed and panoramic view of Lake Groton. Plus two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. Full bathroom with shower stall. Bathroom includes linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hairdryer and toilet paper. OUTDOORS The large waterfront deck includes patio furniture and a propane BBQ grill. Tons of year-round activities are out your door: 🚪 300 acres of private land for snowshoeing and hiking right out the door 🥾 Hiking trails and snowshoeing in 26,000 acres at nearby Groton State Park 🎿 Snowmobile or cross-country ski on the enormous VAST trail system, just minutes up the road 🎣 Ice fishing on the lake right out the door or fish in the warmer months off the private dock ⛷️ Downhill skiing is 50 minutes to Burke Mountain and 80 minutes to Stowe or Sugarbush Guest access You have access to the entire house (with the exception of the locked basement), the gazebo, dock and private lake access. Other things to note 📱CELLULAR SERVICE: Please note that cell service in rural Vermont is not the greatest. Be sure to enter the destination in GPS when you start your travels. The cabin is equipped with high speed internet. 🌿 🪰 NATURE ALERT: Our home is tucked away in the woods, surrounded by the beauty of the lake and nature. With that comes the authentic outdoor experience—especially during the warmer months! Typically during the month of May, we see an influx in black flies which can be a nuisance. Moths, spiders and other insects are also common during the warmer months. While we do our best to keep the space comfortable, these seasonal visitors are simply part of life in this natural setting.
