The space Brian's Bungalow is a rustic home in a rural setting with plenty of character that can only be found in a well-loved home. The house sits about 250 feet back from the road on a secluded lot. Ample parking is provided for guests. The yard is currently under construction. We appreciate your patience as we finish up some site work! Courtesy toiletry baskets are located in each bathroom, and each bedroom has extra linens, blankets, pillows, and luxurious hotel-quality towels. There is a brand new central air conditioning system for those extra hot days. However, we recommend utilizing the abundance of windows and fans for a fresh valley breeze! Due to certain design and layout features of the house and property, it is not recommended for families with very small children. We do allow guests to bring well-behaved dogs for a small additional $20 nightly fee. There is currently no laundry available for guest use. Guest access The basement and garage are currently off-limits to guests. However, the rest of the house and property is available to roam. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this house and property are still undergoing renovations. While the inside is 99% finished, you will notice a few small remaining tasks. The lower siding/walkout basement, wrap around deck, garage, and cabana are all still in original condition, and will be continue to be renovated as time and weather allows.
