Perfect for couples, families, travel nurses, business travelers, and long-term stays. Enjoy a peaceful balcony, Wi-Fi, coffee bar, and all the comforts of home. The space • Living Room: Cozy, bright space with a Smart TV, comfy seating, and labeled remotes. A perfect spot to relax, watch movies, or unwind after exploring Wyandotte. • Dining Room: A dedicated dining area with a full table, great for family meals, work-from-home setups, or gathering together. • Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster, microwave, dishes, and a complimentary coffee. Everything you need for cooking or quick meals. • Master Bedroom: Queen bed, soft bedding, personalized décor, and a mounted hat holder on the wall for your convenience. Peaceful, spacious, and relaxing. • Second Bedroom (“Green Room”): A cozy, nature-inspired space with a queen bed, shelving, Wi-Fi box (do not unplug), and calming décor, ideal for kids, couples, or solo sleepers. • Bathroom: Clean, simple, and fully stocked with essentials including towels and starter toiletries. • Balcony: Private upper-level balcony with a beautiful view, perfect for morning coffee, fresh air, or quiet evenings. • Entry & Stairway: Access through the rear stairs on Goodell Street. Window AC units and heating are provided for comfort. • Parking: Guests may park on the parking pad behind the house or along the side street. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire upper/top apartment, including the private balcony. The only area not accessible is the locked supply closet, which is reserved for cleaning and maintenance items. Other things to note • This is an upper-unit apartment, and guests will need to use stairs to access the space. • The home sits above another occupied unit, so please be mindful of noise for the tenants below. • The property is near the railroad tracks. Many guests find the distant sound of the train peaceful, but light sleepers may notice it at times.
