This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, but we recommend this accommodation for 2 people because the space is compact for optimal comfort. You will find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, with the added bonus of the unique charm of life by the lake. Whether you're relaxing or exploring the surroundings, our chalet is a haven of peace. Guest access Guests have access to the spa and a large balcony for relaxation. Please note that use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Management declines all responsibility for the supervision and safety of users. In the event of mechanical breakage or temporary shutdown of the hot tub, the host cannot be held responsible and no credit or refund will be given. Any music or noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. in order to respect the neighborhood as well as the owner. The hot tub is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Other things to note INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REGULATIONS 1. Pets not allowed. 2. Please note that the apartment is classified as non-smoking. 3. The tenant undertakes to return the rented apartment in the same condition as on arrival except for the beds. 4. The tenant must inform the owner of any damage, minor damage, breakage or anomaly. 5. No compensation and/or refund will be given to the tenant for late arrival, early departure and/or date error on the part of the tenant. 6. Fireworks are prohibited at all times. 7. It is strictly forbidden to have in your possession and use weapons including paintball and lead rifle. 8. Large parties are prohibited. 9. It is forbidden to cut down trees, even dead branches on the ground or around the facilities. 10. In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as a power failure or Internet failure, the owner is not responsible for the inconvenience suffered. 11. We are not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items. 12. The owner will not be liable for medical expenses or any other obligation for any damage or injury suffered on the premises. 13. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fireplace. 14. Tenants are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests when swimming; no supervision or responsibility on the part of the host is assumed 15. The tenant or their guests must not disturb, annoy, endanger or cause nuisance to neighbors. Any music or noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. in order to respect the neighborhood as well as the owner. 16. Walking on neighboring private land is prohibited. Any complaints from neighbors will result in dismissal. Rules for the use of the hot tub 1. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Management declines all responsibility for the supervision and safety of bathers. 2. The hot tub is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The host may use it for about 30 minutes during these hours, while respecting your privacy. 3. The hot tub is for recreational use only. It is strictly forbidden to use it in a dangerous manner or for any unauthorized activity. Never dive, jump or run around the hot tub. 4. The maximum capacity of the hot tub is 4 people. Do not exceed this capacity for safety and comfort reasons. Parties are forbidden. 5. Please take a shower before entering the hot tub. This helps maintain good water quality and ensure a clean environment. 6. After using the hot tub, please dry yourself before entering the house to avoid damaging floors and furniture. 7. Do not use personal items (such as oils, soaps, etc.) in the spa without prior permission. Any damage to the equipment will incur additional charges. 8. Children must be under adult supervision at all times. Use of the hot tub by children is allowed only if an adult is present. 9. Please leave the hot tub clean after use. If there is a problem with the water or if you notice a malfunction, please report it immediately. 10. Do not exceed the temperature of 102 for safety reasons. 11. Smoking, eating, drinking or urinating in the hot tub is strictly prohibited. Please follow this rule for everyone's comfort and safety. 12. The cover must be replaced after each use. Maximum duration per use: 30 minutes. 13. In the event of mechanical breakdown or temporary shutdown of the hot tub, the host cannot be held responsible and no refund will be given. If you have difficulty removing or replacing the cover, please inform the host immediately.
