The space 🌱 Self-contained and environmentally friendly 3-star chalet The cottage runs on solar panels and has spring water. Ideal for unwinding, this eco-friendly chalet combines charm, simplicity and comfort in an exceptional natural setting, with stunning views of the mountains. ⚠️ TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND NATURE, NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED (MUSIC, SHOUTING...) 🐴 On site, young and old can enjoy the pony and chickens. 🏸 Boules balls and badminton rackets are available for a friendly vacation in the heart of Mercantour. ⛰️ Settle into the hammock and take in the Mercantour peaks. To preserve its energy autonomy, some equipment is deliberately not present: 👉 No dishwasher no washing machine no vacuum cleaner no microwave no hair dryer The chalet may be cool when you arrive: it is heated only with two wood stoves that you can light as soon as you arrive to create a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The chalet is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor: 🍴kitchen with 2 exposed natural rocks integrated directly into the room, 🛋️ living room and dining room for convivial moments; Floor: sleeping area, bathroom and toilet. 🏡✨ 🛏️ Beds: up to 8 people MAXIMUM • 1 large bedroom with 3 double beds (including 1 mezzanine bed) with down duvets. • 1 glass-walled bedroom with 1 sofa bed (no blackout curtains) • 1 umbrella bed 🏡 Amenities • 1 bath with shower • 1 toilet • 1 equipped kitchen (excluding energy-intensive appliances), manual coffee maker without electricity (works with hot water; provide ground coffee or freeze-dried coffee) • 1 Dining area • 1 cozy living room • Large terrace with pergola and panoramic views of the Mercantour peaks will allow you to enjoy breakfast, an aperitif or simply the silence of nature. 🔥 A wood or charcoal barbecue (to be provided) is available for your use. 🍕Come enjoy our wood-fired oven for great meat, pizza...🍕🍕 A raclette machine powered by candle is available (in the sideboard) for warm evenings. 🔥The cottage may be cool when you arrive: it is heated only with two wood burners that you can light as soon as you settle in to create a cozy and authentic atmosphere. щ️ Important information: Pets are not allowed. The nearest shops are about 11 km away (Belvédère) A Carrefour Market is about 16 km away. 👉 We recommend shopping before arriving at the cottage. 📄 Upon arrival, please read the instructions on the table to make the most of your stay. Guest access 🚘 Access by a 200m driveable track, with private gate ( always closed for pony safety). Parking is available at the foot of the chalet. In winter in snowy weather, access via the uncleaned runway will be pedestrian. Winter tire equipment, chains or socks are mandatory from November 1 to March 31. This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities. 🔑 The keys are handed over either in person or via a key box depending on your arrival time, as well as during checkout. Lock and lockbox codes will be sent the day before your arrival. ！ Check-in time is set from 3pm, and check-out must be before 11am. Other things to note 🧹 In order to maintain a reduced fee for our guests, no cleaning fee is charged. We just ask that you leave the place clean and tidy, as you found it on arrival. 🐴 Getting to Know Animals On site, young and old can enjoy the pony, chickens and rabbits (no pets in the winter).
