Beautiful fully furnished & equipped house in a 24 hrs security condominium with pool for adults and children & green areas & barbecues, only 5-blocks walking distance from Plaza Central. Travel in QUALITY TIME to this magical colonial city in the heart of MAYA Culture. The space Our "Casa de la PAZ" [House of PEACE] is a very quiet and perfect place to have some QUALITY TIME for yourself and your love ones... A great location to have some rest from the stress of the world while recharging your bateries, for the ENERGY you would feel here is outstanding... A very especial ARTISTIC place, indeed, to write or to compose or to paint... A travel back in time to the sixteen century [UNESCO declared La Antigua Guatemala "Cultural Heritage of Humanity" in 1979] and that's why the city looks like it was back then in colonial times, with their cobblestone streets and beautiful architecture. We renovated our house in 2008, and we are proud that all the wooden furniture, closets and doors were made to order by local carpenters, the iron main gate and the iron beds were forged by local iron workers, and all the bathrooms ceramic tiles and ceramic basins were made and painted by hand by local ceramic makers. Guest access You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, vitro-ceramic glass-top stove, microwave, coffemaker, blender and toaster; linnens [colored code for each bedroom] for the 4 beds: 1 Queen Green set, 1 Twin Pink set and 2 Twin Blue sets; and 5 towel sets [colored code for each bedroom]. There are washing and drying machines. Outside, you can enjoy the swimming pools for adults and children and gardens, and cook a barbecue. Inside you can sit at the studio desk to write or compose, connect with our wifi to navegate the internet, or relax on the sofa watching a movie in netflix or the cable TV. Other things to note Feel free to read the books you will find in the bookshelves of the studio little library. Please put them back in their same place.
