Located on a quiet street between Santa Teresa and Laranjeiras, the loft offers panoramic views of Guanabara Bay, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Christ the Redeemer. Just 5 minutes by Uber from Largo dos Guimarães (Santa Teresa) and the Corcovado train, with easy access to the Parque das Ruínas, Chácara do Céu Museum, and other attractions. The spacious, bright loft occupies the entire top floor of our house, with independent entrance through the garage. You will enjoy: -Queen-size bed with cotton linens and comfortable pillows. - Fully equipped kitchen with stove, minibar, Nespresso, and utensils. - Private bathroom with rainfall shower, soft towels, and hair dryer. - Living area with sofa, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. - Private terrace with table and chairs – perfect for breakfast, a romantic sunset, or a starry dinner overlooking Sugarloaf and Christ. We live downstairs and are always available to help, give tips on restaurants, bars, and off-the-beaten-path trails. We speak Portuguese, English, German, and Spanish. Beyond the loft, I also offer a complete Rio experience. I am a licensed tour guide (Cadastur) and can organize personalized tours tailored to your interests: hidden trails, historical walks through Santa Teresa, food experiences, and unique itineraries off the typical tourist path.
