Please be mindful of noise, especially in shared spaces and hallways. 3. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors, No Drugs Activities Smoking, vaping, or drug-related activity is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. Violations will result in additional cleaning and remediation fees and may lead to cancellation of the stay in accordance with platform policies. 4. 🎉 No Parties or Events We do not allow parties or social gatherings. If you have special plans, please let us know in advance we're happy to work with you. Any unauthorized events or misrepresentation of guest use may result in additional charges and possible cancellation of the stay. 5. 👥 Guest Count Policy Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 per night, per guest surcharge. For everyone's safety, only declared guests may stay overnight. 6. 🪑 Furniture Placement Kindly do not move or rearrange furniture. This helps us keep the home in perfect condition for all guests. 7. 🕒 Extending Your Stay Loving your stay? We’d love to have you longer! Let us know at least 48 hours before checkout if you'd like to extend, and we’ll do our best to accommodate (subject to availability). 8. 📸 Security & Surveillance For your safety and ours, we have one outdoor security camera monitoring the exterior. There are no cameras inside the unit. 9. 🎬 No Filming or Drones Photoshoots, filming, events, or drone usage are not allowed without written permission from the host. Unauthorized commercial use, filming, or drone activity may result in charges to cover damages, liability exposure, and lost revenue, with additional charge subject to Airbnb review. 10. 💥 Accidents Happen If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it quickly and fairly. 11. 👟 Comfy & Clean Vibes This is a shoe-free home to help keep desert dirt and beach sand out of the space. Feel free to kick off your shoes and make yourself at home! 12. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Home We love pets and welcome pets in our home! Please make sure to clean up after your pet and manage any shedding or messes, stains etc. If our cleaners find pet hair or any damage caused by your pet, a deep cleaning fee may apply, and additional reimbursement for damages may also be charged.
