The space 10 a acres of wooded beauty, with rolling hills & abundant wildlife. 30 min from Mpls/ St. Paul & airport, 10 min from Mystic Lake Casino & Canterbury Park. 25 min to MOA. Great alternative to hotel for out of town guests & business travelers. Full kitchen, gas fireplaces, washer and dryer, wifi, smart tv for streaming, firepit, patio, grill. Nearby trails, dog park, Golf, Horse and Hunt Club,Prior Lake, Fish Lake, quick to 169 &35. There is also a guesthouse suite in an entirely different wing of the property. With separate parking area (near the barn), separate entrance, separate patio. There are not any shared walls between the main house and the guest house, so you don’t even know that there are people there. That unit sleeps 3, and a discount can be applied if you rent both spaces at Heartwood Farm. Guest access Entire home. The house is nearly 6000 square feet. There is a small cottage airbnb on the far west wing… but each rental is very private. There is an entire owner’s suite between the guest house and the main house though (that is not in use when we have renters there), so you don’t have to worry about noise or any adjoining walls at all. There are separate entrances, separate patios, & separate parking as well. Other things to note Please note, since many have asked about renting the guest house of the property, we’ve decided to extend a discount. If you are interested in adding that additional, beautiful space to your reservation just let us know. If you ask for the “double deal” we will reduce the cost of each stay, saving you over $150!
