The one and only Brick House on the beach at Carlisle bay offers two separate, luxuriously furnished apartments. The one described here, "Twin Palm", is located on the bottom floor and offers a magnificent view over the turquoise water and coral sands. When you open the garden door, you are right ON the beach! The well-maintained surroundings offer many shopping and leisure-time possibilities. In only ten minutes you reach the city centre by foot. Parking area next to the house. Max. guests: 4. The space This apartment named "Twin Palm" is a fabulous, newly custom made, renovated apartment on the bottom floor of a historic building located west (for the sunset) facing the magnificent calm waters of Carlisle Bay & Bayshore Beach. Carlisle Bay is the only beach on the south coast with west coast conditions (calm, turquoise water and white coral sand). It is therefore perfectly suited for swimming and snorkelling (you can even go snorkelling with turtles at Carlisle Bay!). The apartment offers a stunning view over marine reserve with its sailboats and historic ship wrecks (which you can visit). The apartment has two airconditioned bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed... both rooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a spacious living and dining area. Thanks to the open plan kitchen, it is fully equipped for self-catering. You will find 3 smart TV's and an accommodation for 110/220 volt supply throughout. You will also find a small library of books. Your apartment can be accessed from the road through an enclosed staircase or from the beach via your private patio. You are offered a stunning view onto the beach over the sumptuous garden site. Off the garden there is also a shared elevated gazebo looking onto the beach. The terrace has a private bar area.
