When we have a weekday gap between booked weekends, we sometimes offer special weekday value pricing so more families can enjoy the home without paying peak weekend rates. Weekday value rates are already heavily discounted, so we aren’t able to include additional complimentary upgrades or negotiate paid add-ons. Optional services (including pool heating) remain available at the standard rates listed. Check-in times are strictly observed due to same-day turnovers. Weekday specials are offered in good faith, and we ask that guests meet that with the same respect and courtesy. An extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies for guests above 16. ➤ What’s the bathroom layout? There are 3 full bathrooms. One downstairs bath has both hallway and bedroom access (semi-ensuite), which works well for larger groups. ➤ Can we walk to the beach? It’s about a 3-minute drive to La Jolla Shores Beach. Some guests walk down for a workout and rideshare back up the hill 🚗🌊 ➤ Can we bring pets?
