What you have here is a shared, bare bones, cost efficient, safe, secure, clean, centrally located, sleeping space modeled after a hostel (on a mini scale). I have 4 comfortable beds on the first floor, in two rooms, of a place of residence. You must be able to tolerate sleeping in a room with other airbnb travelers; be respectful, considerate, and clean; tolerant of diversity, free of sexual harassing tendencies, and non aggressive. This is a 4/20 friendly home -however consume outside. Bed 1E
