Set on three private acres with mountain views and the peaceful sound of a stream, "Europe in The Catskills" is a Japanese-Scandinavian style retreat with elegant features like white oak hardwood floors and a 30-foot glass curtain wall overlooking a gorgeous vista. Natural textures throughout bring in the breathtaking flora and fauna of the Catskill Mountains. The master suite features a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub framed by a floor-to-ceiling window, heated floors, a rainfall shower, and a custom double vanity with travertine sink basins hand made in Turkey specifically for this home. A 220 square foot private glass-wrapped office allows you to commune with nature while engaging in deep work, or taking time off to read or journal. When you’re ready to recharge, a 220 square foot separate glass-enclosed gym offers the perfect place for a workout, yoga, or meditation. The upstairs loft includes two queen bedrooms and four twin bunks, while the living room centers around a custom floating staircase by ViewRail. Outdoor decks invite lounging and al-fresco dining, and an EV charger and super-fast Starlink WIFI are on hand for modern convenience.
