CASA-NE is a private house situated on a small hill at the eastern entrance to the village, in the middle of a 1,900 m² tropical garden in a very quiet area, just a few minutes from the beach and close to all amenities. Very comfortable and well equipped, the house is perfect for a couple or a family with two children. Additional accommodation for two people (bedroom, veranda, terrace, bathroom) will be available from June 2025. The space A charming combination of bricks and mortar and wooden walls, concrete floors and wooden deck, CASA-NE is a well balanced example of traditional local handy-craft and modern design. For ecological reasons, the house has no AC, but the system of beautiful wooden venetian windows, doors and shutters allow for a perfect ventilation, assisted by fans. Mosquito nets are available for all beds. Guest access Easy to reach by foot, quad or 4x4 when in Atins, the house and garden are all yours! Other things to note How to get to Atins - NOT EASY - review your travel plans carefully and reserve your transport ahead! •By private transfer (generally 4x4) from Sao Luis or Fortalezza (or someway in between), via Barrerinhas and the Rio preguiças or Paulino Neves and Punta da Brasilia. •By rental car (only until neighbouring towns Paulinho Neves or Barreirinhas – then charter a 4x4 and or boat). •By public transportation (Buses) from Sao Luis or Fortalezza (or someway in between like Jericoacoara, Barra Grande...) and then the boat from Barreirinhas
