The space This is a flat above a shop, the entrance is round at the back. Parking is free in the carpark just 2 minutes from the flat or free in the back on the street. It’s a safe area, main population is students. There are camera in the front of the door - it really is for your own safety. I’m hoping to make the yard more attractive and pretty, it’s a fairly new listing and I haven’t got time to improve everything yet. Each room has a smart TV, you can watch netflix or anything just need to use your own account. Internet wifi is available in the house. We live 10’ away so if you need anything just text me.
