House in the Mountains

Our house is located in a very nice and quiet place on an easily accessible road, in the mountains with rivers and lakes nearby and incredible views. The house is large and comfortable, built entirely of wood and stone. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet and can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. It's the ideal place for a mountain experience for families looking for a getaway from the city's rhythm or for nature lovers. The space The house is located 15 minutes from downtown San Martín de los Andes, 40 minutes from Cerro Chapelco and 2 kilometers from the imposing Lolog Lake. Access is good, ideal for those looking to enjoy the silence, tranquility and mountain views. The rooms are spacious and bright. Downstairs is the covered garage and laundry room. On the middle floor is the living room with a wood-burning salamander, dining room, kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a balcony with a wide view. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a plaza for the little ones and trails with several decks to enjoy different views of the neighborhood The overall setting of the place is the cypress forest, with breathtaking views of the Lolog Valley and the Quilquihue River. From the house you can take beautiful short walks or longer treks. Other highlights: It is essential to have a vehicle since public transportation is not so continuous.
