Out of respect for our neighbors, this rule is strictly enforced. ⸻ 🎉 Noise & Parties • This is a residential area, so please keep noise to a minimum. If there are complaints or disturbances, you may be asked to leave immediately. ⸻ 👥 Guest Policy • Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the property. Visitors are considered additional guests and will incur a fee of ₩20,000 per person. ⸻ 🍳 Cooking Rules • Light cooking is allowed, but please avoid strong-smelling dishes such as grilled fish or pork belly (삼겹살). ⸻ 🧴 Personal Care Products • Please do not use hair dye or oil-based products inside the property.
