It is a studio located in a two-story house that contains other studios and suites for guests only. The entrance is completely independent, so the guest receives a key to the entrance of their studio and the entrance to the property (gate and main door). You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Please note that cleaning is weekly and the cleaning fee is a single installment in any reservation. The common areas of the house are: a large kitchen (in addition to the studio's private kitchen) that is well equipped with a double oven and cooktops, a large living room, an outdoor dining table and an indoor counter, as well as a hall with a bathroom and laundry room.
